Professional: : Ms. Do has extensive experience in real estate law, including advising, negotiating and completing complex transactions for the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties. Ms. Do has in excess of fifteen years of experience representing landlords in comprehensive asset management, landlord tenant matters and leasing of commercial properties, with particular focus on office and mixed-use industrial properties. She also has significant experience in general corporate matters, including complex business transactions ranging from corporate governance, shareholder agreements and asset/stock purchase agreements to tenancy-in-common agreements. Her practice also focuses on CMBS loan workout and litigation consulting on CMBS loan litigation.
Memberships: California Bar Association and Hawaii Bar Association. Ms. Do is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
